Role Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains employee desktops and laptops
- Manages Windows/macOS devices using tools like Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
- Automates deployments and fixes (PowerShell, scripts)
- Packages and deploys applications
- Handles patching, upgrades, and endpoint security
- Provides advanced (Tier 2/3) desktop support
- Improves reliability, performance, and user experience
Ideal Candidates:
- Practical experience working in fast-paced, time-critical environments - Industry/trading floor experience highly desired
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and pride in quality delivery
- Solid Windows desktop and endpoint engineering background
