Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining high-performance employee desktops and laptops
- Managing Windows and macOS devices using Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
- Automating deployments and system fixes using PowerShell and scripting
- Packaging and deploying critical enterprise applications
- Executing patching, system upgrades, and endpoint security protocols
- Providing advanced (Tier 2/3) desktop support and troubleshooting
- Constantly improving system reliability and the overall user experience
Requirements
- Experience: Practical background in fast-paced, time-critical environments (Trading floor experience is highly desired)
- Technical Core: Solid Windows desktop and endpoint engineering background
