My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to oversee business controls across the organisation, as well as performing a regular Quality Assurance checking program, ensuring compliance and risk awareness is promoted throughout.

You\’ll also identify and implement process improvements like Straight Through Processing to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operational workflows and relevant embedded controls.

This is a newly created role within a supportive and high performing team. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience is essential:

  • Prior experience of managing, setting and testing Controls in Operations within Banking or financial services.
  • Regulatory understanding
  • Positive personality and desire to get the job done!
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
