Support learning, development and recognition programmes. 5-10+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner role. ~ Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. ~ Experience across performance management, employee relations and talent development. ~ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. ~ Previous experience within financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable. ~ Previous HRBP experience supporting teams across the UK, EMEA, Japan and Singapore is essential.
