They are hiring for a Desktop Engineer to take on a senior role with the potential of managing a global team of 12-15 engineers whilst remaining somewhat hands on. You would be supporting a low latency trading environment in a complex infrastructure which is heavily automated, giving you the chance to work on some very cool projects!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and support company wide tech projects
- General tech/desktop support
- Infrastructure Support (debugging)
- Managing incidents through service now
- Work with external vendors
- Oversee the Enrolment of new starters/desk build
- Automate manual tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficient using PowerShell for automation - ESSENTIAL
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Customer support skills
- Productive hard worker, with a great personality!
