We’re looking for a Business Insight Lead to take ownership of high-impact analytics initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and help shape the future of data across a growing organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead business insight and analytics projects from concept through to delivery
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Develop and optimise data pipelines using SQL, Python and Microsoft Azure
- Build impactful Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- Support data strategy, governance and continuous improvement
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to analysts and data professionals
What we’re looking for:
- Strong commercial experience in business insight, analytics or data
- Advanced SQL and solid Python programming skills
- Hands‑on experience with Azure data services, Power BI and Azure DevOps
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and delivering data-driven recommendations
