Role: Billing & eCommerce Payments Manager

Salary: Up to Β£85,000 + bonus + benefits

Location: London (good working from home options available)

My client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for the organisation's global ecommerce payment and payment fraud processes. You'll also own payment KPI reporting, deriving data-driven decisions and improvements to maximise conversion and authorisation rates. Required Skills / Experience:

  • Strong understanding of payments data
  • Billing experience, to include Card-based billing
  • Post-pay billing background
  • Understanding of the payment value chain
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Any experience of working in a subscription business is desirable
