The firm is seeking a Vice President to join its generalist private equity team. This is a key hire with significant responsibility, offering hands-on involvement across the full investment lifecycle. You will lead deal execution, manage sophisticated workstreams independently, and gain direct exposure to senior investment professionals. The role is pivotal in bridging high-level strategy with granular execution and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading deal execution across both buyout and growth equity investments
- Conducting complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence
- Coordinating and managing third-party advisors (legal, accounting, tax) throughout transaction processes
- Preparing and presenting high-conviction materials to the Investment Committee
- Supporting deal sourcing and fostering relationships with founders and intermediaries
- Working directly with portfolio company management on strategic value creation initiatives
- Leading the planning and execution of exit strategies
Requirements
- Experience: Currently a Vice President (or a high-performing Senior Associate ready to step up) at a buyout or growth equity fund
- Track Record: Strong transaction experience across the full deal lifecycle
- Technical Skills: Elite financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English are essential for this role
- Autonomy: Proven ability to manage workstreams independently and exercise sound commercial judgment
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for managing founders and senior stakeholders
