Ideal Attributes
- Experience leading and managing a successful recruitment team
- 5+ years proven recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent
- Applicants should have a solid billing/placements history and role longevity
- Recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals desired – FinTech/Fund/Buy-Side Clients
