What You’ll Be Doing:
- Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in delivering safe and effective pharmaceutical services.
- Ensure the clinically and legally accurate supply of all dispensed medication in accordance with GPhC standards and Responsible Pharmacist regulations.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Create and implement personalised care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A current and valid GPhC registration.
- Proven experience in pharmacy practice, ideally within a community or private setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
