Are you a Band 6 RMN looking for a rewarding locum role in South Wales? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!
- Job Title: RMN Inpatient Acute
- Location: Cardiff
- Duration: 6 month ongoing
- Schedule: Long Days (8am to 8pm)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: November 2025
- Rate of Pay: £20 to £25 per hour (depending on experience)
Join our team as a RMN and play a key role in improving the lives of Mental Health patients. In this role, you will:
- perform comprehensive patient assessments
- create and implement personalised care plans
- deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a current and valid NMC registration and pin
- experience working with Mental Health patients
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
