Job Description:
We are recruiting a Band 7 Echocardiographer to join the medicine & urgent care division of an NHS hospital in North London. The post holder will help deliver the echo service within the cardiology department under the guidance of the service manager. The team consists of 7 other echocardiographers working with the cardiac physiology team to perform transthoracic echocardiograms and assist with transoesophageal echocardiograms.
The echo service operates from 8am to 6pm on weekdays, offering 37.5 hours per week. This vacancy is due to maternity leave, with a 12-month contract and potential for extension.
