This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and dedicated CBT Therapist to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The role offers a varied week split across two teams, providing the chance to work with complex and diverse cases in both psychiatric and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities: Psychiatric Team (1/2 week): Managing a diverse caseload with complex presentations, including general psychiatry and primary care. Outpatient Team (1/2 week): Managing your own diary and working with 15 clients per week in an outpatient setting. Clinical Hours: 4.5 clinical hours per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality CBT interventions. Formulation: Strong emphasis on formulation and understanding the complexity of cases. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Desirable Skills & Experience: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training or experience is highly desirable. At least 2 years post-qualification experience in CBT, with proven experience in complex case formulation and treatment. BABCP accreditation is required.
