Exciting Opportunity: Band 8a Mental Health Pharmacists – Surrey December Start | 9am-5pm | New Mental Health Medicines Project £30 – £38 p/h depending on experience We are looking for experienced Band 8a Mental Health Pharmacists to join a dynamic team working across four sites in Surrey, supporting homecare treatment teams and contributing to a brand-new Mental Health Medicines Project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to make a real impact in improving medication management for mental health patients. Key Responsibilities: Medication Management: Bring medication practices up to speed, ensuring optimal use of medicines for mental health patients. Homecare Support: Work closely with homecare treatment teams, providing expert advice and support. Multi-Site Travel: You will be required to travel across four sites in Surrey, offering flexibility in your role. Alternatively, one of your team members may be dispatched to carry out the role on your behalf. New Project: Play a key role in launching and delivering a new mental health medicines initiative.
