An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Band 7 Physiotherapist to join an established team within the Intensive Rehabilitation and Therapy service in North-East London. This position is ideal for those with a passion for providing high-quality care in intermediate care team. Location: North East London Position: Full-time (Part-time options also available) Salary: £28-31 per hour (Band 7 equivalent) Start Date: ASAP! Setting: Community Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients in the intensive rehabilitation and therapy unit. Provide expert advice and interventions in a variety of clinical conditions, particularly those requiring rehabilitation following acute or long-term illness. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans for patients. Manage and prioritise a caseload, ensuring that patient needs are met efficiently and effectively. Ensure appropriate discharge planning and rehabilitation goals are set for patients in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records in accordance with departmental guidelines and standards.
