Key Responsibilities: Act as an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) for prescription orders and medicines dispensed. Ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medication in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to support medication management across the hospital. Conduct medicines reconciliation and assist in medication reviews on patient admissions and discharges. Provide technical support to the pharmacy team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
