Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator (EMIS WEB Trained)

Location: South London – GP Surgery

Duration: 4-6 weeks (possibility to extend…)

Schedule: 30-37.5 hours per week

Start Date: Immediate (June 2025)

End Date: [4-6 weeks from start date]

Rate of Pay: 15.50-17.50 per hour (via Umbrella) DOE

What You\’ll Be Doing: Join our GP client\’s team as a Receptionist/Administrator and support the smooth operation of a busy GP practice. In this role, you will:

Welcome and assist patients at reception

Schedule appointments and manage the GP diary using EMIS WEB

Handle incoming calls and queries in a professional manner

Process documentation and update patient records

Support administrative functions to ensure efficient practice flow

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience working in a GP practice setting

Proficiency in using EMIS WEB clinical system

An enhanced DBS issued within the last 3 years

Valid right-to-work documentation (passport or equivalent)

Two professional references

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working pattern with 30-37.5 hours per week. The contract is for 4-6 weeks with potential for extension depending on service needs.
