Locum Oncology Pharmacist required in Oxford to start ASAP, in a renowned private sector hospital!
Location: Oxford
Duration: 2-3 months (with potential extension)
Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 2-3 months
Rate of Pay: £37 – £46 per hour via Umbrella

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client’s team as a Locum Oncology Pharmacist and make a significant impact on patient care in a private service setting. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care for oncology patients
- Dispense and supply medications according to oncology treatment protocols
- Review and monitor prescriptions to ensure safety and efficacy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Offer guidance and support to medical staff on pharmaceutical matters in oncology
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all dispensing complies with regulations
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior oncology hospital experience
- A current and valid HCPC registration
- Experience working with oncology patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position with availability for 3, 4, or 5 days per week. The contract is for 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
