What You'll Be Doing:
Step into a rewarding role where you'll play a crucial part in enhancing patient care through expert medicines management. You'll:
- Carry out comprehensive medication reviews
- Support wards and clinicians with accurate dispensing
- Implement best-practice treatment plans
- Check prescriptions as an ACT
- Liaise with a specialist multi-disciplinary team
What You'll Need to Bring:
- Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification
- Hospital medicines management experience (qualification desirable but not essential)
- Oncology experience (a strong bonus!)
- Energy, initiative, and a proactive attitude
- Passion for patient care and clinical accuracy
Contract & Flexibility:
This is a full-time locum position, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to tailor your working hours. The contract runs until the end of May 2025, with a strong chance of extension based on service needs.
