Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute break
Start Date: June/July 2025
Rate of Pay: 30-40 per hour DOE
What You'll Be Doing:
- Join our client's Primary Care team as a PCN Pharmacist and make a real difference to patient care in the local community.
- Carry out clinical medication reviews for patients with long-term conditions.
- Prescribe independently as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide expert advice on medicines optimisation.
- Collaborate with GPs, nurses and other clinicians to deliver high-quality care.
- Keep accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
- Independent Prescriber qualification (essential).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Primary Care settings.
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to patient care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday. While this role starts as fully on-site, there is potential for hybrid/remote working in the future based on performance and service needs. The contract is ongoing with scope for extension.
