What You\’ll Be Doing:
Join a dedicated community paediatric team and play a key role in supporting children with a range of conditions. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive assessments within community settings
* Create and implement personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans
* Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise functional outcomes
* Support with discharge planning and onward referrals
* Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and family support teams
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Current and valid HCPC registration
* Proven experience in paediatric physiotherapy within community or acute settings
* Strong knowledge of child development and relevant conditions

* Ability to work independently and manage a community caseload efficiently
