– Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (IP) – Location: GP Surgery, East London (On site) – Duration: Ongoing Locum Contract – Schedule: Any 3 weekdays per Week (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Flexible Days) – Start Date: ASAP, July 2025 – End Date: Ongoing – Rate of Pay: Up to 35 per hour (LTD Company) – Contact: Alex Roberts – aroberts@hg-ahp.com – 0203 475 4858

What You\’ll Be Doing:
Join our GP Surgery client\’s team in East London as an IP Clinical Pharmacist and play a vital role in enhancing patient care within a primary care setting. In this role, you will:

Conduct structured medication reviews and optimise prescribing

Work closely with GPs and the wider MDT to manage long-term conditions

Provide prescribing support to improve clinical outcomes

Support safe and effective repeat prescribing processes

Contribute to clinical audits and patient safety initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid GPhC registration

Independent Prescribing Qualification (required)

Previous experience in GP or Primary Care settings

Strong clinical knowledge and patient-facing communication skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible role requires availability for 3 days per week, with working hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Working days are fully negotiable based on your availability. Free on-site parking is provided. The contract is ongoing with potential for long-term extension.
