- Schedule: Any 3 weekdays per Week (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Flexible Days)

- Rate of Pay: Up to £35 per hour (LTD Company)
What You'll Be Doing: Join our GP Surgery client's team in East London as an IP Clinical Pharmacist and play a vital role in enhancing patient care within a primary care setting. In this role, you will:
- Conduct structured medication reviews and optimise prescribing
- Work closely with GPs and the wider MDT to manage long-term conditions
- Provide prescribing support to improve clinical outcomes
- Support safe and effective repeat prescribing processes
- Contribute to clinical audits and patient safety initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- Independent Prescribing Qualification (required)
- Previous experience in GP or Primary Care settings
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-facing communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This flexible role requires availability for 3 days per week, with working hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Working days are fully negotiable based on your availability. Free on-site parking is provided. The contract is ongoing with potential for long-term extension.
