Are you an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in a GP surgery located in East London? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

  • Location: GP Surgery, East London (On site)
  • Duration: Ongoing Locum Contract
  • Schedule: Any 3 weekdays per Week (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Flexible Days)
  • Start Date: ASAP, July 2025
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Rate of Pay: Up to Β£35 per hour (LTD Company)

What You'll Be Doing: Join our GP Surgery client's team in East London as an IP Clinical Pharmacist and play a vital role in enhancing patient care within a primary care setting. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct structured medication reviews and optimise prescribing
  • Work closely with GPs and the wider MDT to manage long-term conditions
  • Provide prescribing support to improve clinical outcomes
  • Support safe and effective repeat prescribing processes
  • Contribute to clinical audits and patient safety initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPhC registration
  • Independent Prescribing Qualification (required)
  • Previous experience in GP or Primary Care settings
  • Strong clinical knowledge and patient-facing communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This flexible role requires availability for 3 days per week, with working hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Working days are fully negotiable based on your availability. Free on-site parking is provided. The contract is ongoing with potential for long-term extension.
