Job Title: CPN - Adults CMHT (Band 6)
Location: Worcestershire
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

What You\'ll Be Doing:
Join our team as an Adults CMHT CPN and play a vital role in supporting adults with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for adults in the community.
- Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support mental well-being and recovery.
- Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
- Liaising with families, social workers, GPs, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
- Supporting patients in managing their conditions, promoting independence and quality of life.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid NMC registration (or relevant professional body registration).
- Previous experience in Community Mental Health or working with adults in mental health settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is for an initial 3-month period with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
