What You\'ll Be Doing: Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients across general medicine, surgery, and orthopaedics. In this role, you will:
perform medicines reconciliation on admission
review patients and make clinical interventions
support discharges and ensure accurate medication supply
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
work with electronic prescribing systems
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
a current and valid GPhC registration
previous experience working in an acute hospital setting
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday with full-time hours. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
