What You’ll Be Doing:
- Join a supportive and experienced community team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist specialising in neuro rehab.
- Provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation to adults with neurological conditions in the community.
- Develop and deliver tailored treatment plans to improve function and quality of life.
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and wider MDTs to coordinate holistic care.
- Maintain detailed and timely patient documentation.
- Participate in service development and team meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A current and valid HCPC registration.
- Experience in neuro rehab or community physiotherapy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- A passion for person-centred care.
- Car driver NOT essential for this role.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, but part-time applicants will also be considered. The service can offer 1 day of remote working per week. The contract is ongoing, with a potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
