What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Join our Community Mental Health Team as a Band 6 CPN, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Managing a caseload of service users in the community.
  • Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering recovery-focused interventions.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers.
  • Providing psychoeducation and relapse prevention strategies.
  • Administering medication and monitoring mental health stability.
  • Safeguarding and risk management to ensure patient safety.
  • Supporting transitions between services and signposting to relevant support networks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • Experience working within a Community Mental Health setting.
  • Strong risk assessment and crisis intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A valid full UK driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
