What You’ll Be Doing:
- Join our Community Mental Health Team as a Band 6 CPN, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Managing a caseload of service users in the community.
- Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering recovery-focused interventions.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers.
- Providing psychoeducation and relapse prevention strategies.
- Administering medication and monitoring mental health stability.
- Safeguarding and risk management to ensure patient safety.
- Supporting transitions between services and signposting to relevant support networks.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Experience working within a Community Mental Health setting.
- Strong risk assessment and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A valid full UK driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
