Are you a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding locum role in Manchester? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

  • Location: Manchester
  • Duration: Ongoing Contract
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, 45-minute lunch
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Rate of Pay: £18 - £22 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing: Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the quality of patient care in a hospital setting. In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive pharmacy technician duties within a hospital environment
  • Assist in managing medication supply, dispensing, and stock control
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the effective use of medications
  • Provide clinical support, ensuring high standards of care are maintained
  • Contribute to audits and the quality improvement processes within the department

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPHC Registration as a Pharmacy Technician
  • ACT Qualification is preferred
  • NHS experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and supporting patient safety

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a full-time position with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
