Hunter Adams are working with a leading organisation within the engineering, energy and industrial services sector who are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join their senior HR leadership team.
This is a senior, commercially focused HR role, partnering closely with sector and operational leaders across a defined portfolio of the business. You’ll translate the wider people strategy into practical HR plans that support business performance, growth and transformation, while acting as a trusted adviser and providing constructive challenge at senior leadership level.
You’ll bring significant senior HRBP or HR leadership experience, ideally gained within a complex, multi-site or matrix environment, with strong experience across organisational change, workforce planning, talent, performance, engagement and employee relations. You’ll also lead and develop a team of Senior HRBPs and HRBPs, working closely with specialist HR teams across Reward, L&D, Recruitment and other Centres of Expertise to deliver a joined-up HR service.
We’re looking for someone commercially minded, credible and collaborative, who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and turn people strategy into tangible business outcomes.
