About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our expanding team in the Manchester area.

This is a multi-focused role which will see you:

Recruit top HR talent for our clients across the UK.Develop relationships with new and existing clients.Grow our revenue by identifying new business opportunities.

You\’ll be a trusted advisor to a diverse client base, working with everyone from founders of high-growth start-ups to HR leaders in multinational corporations.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who’s passionate about recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. Ideally you’ll have:

  • Significant recruitment experience (either in-house or agency)
  • Strong business development skills – you know how to win and retain clients
  • Proven sourcing expertise – you’re a LinkedIn Recruiter pro and confident using multiple recruitment platforms
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet targets
  • A consultative approach – you understand that great recruitment is about more than just filling roles
  • A team-first mindset – you’ll collaborate, share knowledge, and help us all succeed
  • A self-motivated, tenacious attitude – you’re driven to deliver results and won’t settle for “good enough
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills – you think outside the box to find solutions
