Are you passionate about delivering engaging, high-impact training that truly makes a difference? Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client with sourcing a Salesforce Systems Trainer to support the rollout and adoption of Salesforce across their front and back-office teams on a 7 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
Working to tight timescales, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering dynamic training experiences that empower end users and drive confidence in Salesforce. Working closely with the Change Management team and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure training content is effective, engaging, and always aligned with current processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and continuously enhancing creative, interactive learning content tailored to a hybrid working environment
- Delivering engaging training sessions that accommodate a variety of learning styles and behaviours
- Presenting complex or challenging topics with clarity and flexibility
- Regularly reviewing and updating training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Collaborating with Champions and team members to ensure consistent messaging and delivery
- Providing post-implementation support, including floorwalking and drop-in clinics (both in-person and remote)
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on training effectiveness, user confidence, and adoption levels
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience of Salesforce and building and delivering training
- A confident trainer with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative approach to learning design and delivery
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond to evolving business needs
- Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
