Opportunity

As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK energy sector.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers.
  • Support tendering, bid preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators, developers, EPC contractors and strategic partners.
  • Generate market intelligence to influence business strategy and growth plans.
  • Support key account management initiatives and market expansion activities.

We are looking for candidates with

  • A proven track record in sales and business development within the UK energy sector.
  • Experience working with UKCS operators, Tier 1 contractors and wider supply chains.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, tendering and contract management experience.
  • Experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines and forecasting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation and relationship-building skills.
