Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client, The Travel Corporation, with sourcing a People and Talent Partner to join their team on a 9 month FTC, to support during an exciting period of rapid workforce expansion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll provide on-the-ground support to ensure recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience activities are delivered at pace.
You will collaborate closely with local leadership, the People & Culture team, Talent Acquisition, Finance Transformation, and external recruitment partners to deliver a seamless and engaging employee journey.
- Manage and coordinate the relationship with external recruitment partners to meet hiring targets
- Plan and track recruitment pipelines, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Enhance candidate experience and improve recruitment processes
- Assist in embedding performance management and talent frameworks
- Provide support on employee relations and HR processes
- Drive engagement, wellbeing, and team development initiatives
- Identify workforce risks and opportunities to improve retention
Requirements:
- HR generalist experience
- Ability to manage external recruitment agencies or partners
- Strong understanding of local labour market dynamics
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting the employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, development)
