The role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, influence people strategy and drive improvements across workforce planning, employee wellbeing, attendance, organisational change and people management practices.
With a key focus on HR transformation, continuous improvement and building leadership capability, it’s a great fit for a confident HR leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on operational delivery.
You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling complex people matters and the ability to lead and develop a team through change. Chartered CIPD membership is essential.
