Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client within the energy sector, with sourcing a part time Payroll Coordinator to join them on a contract to cover a period of maternity leave. In this role you will run a number of both International and UK payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and all corporate policies and procedures are adhered to. This is a FTC role until April 2026, part time, 20 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities:
- Inputting all payroll data accurately into SAP including but not exclusively; Tax Codes, Student Loans, Court Orders, Training, Expenses, Advances, Adjustments, Pensions, Childcare vouchers
- Reviewing and check audit reports
- Reviewing all absences in SAP to ensure they comply with statutory and company rules
- Reviewing and send the payroll reports for approval
- Producing and sending payment files for payment
- Processing the Posting to Finance
- Preparing and sending P45s to leavers
- Ensuring compliance of Pension Auto Enrolment
- Raising payment requests as required
- Responding to payroll queries from employees, HR and external agencies
- Updating P11D and PSA data from various sources throughout the year
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator who prioritise their workload effectively to process multiple payrolls within tight timescales, ensuring the Payroll Approval reports are returned on a timely manner. If you are interested, please submit your CV and we will be in touch.
