Hunter Adams are delighted to support our client within the energy sector by sourcing a part-time Payroll Coordinator to join on a contract basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will manage both International and UK payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while adhering to all corporate policies and procedures.

This is a fixed-term contract until April 2026, part-time, 20 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Inputting payroll data accurately into SAP, including Tax Codes, Student Loans, Court Orders, Training, Expenses, Advances, Adjustments, Pensions, Childcare vouchers
  • Reviewing and checking audit reports
  • Reviewing absences in SAP to ensure compliance with statutory and company rules
  • Reviewing and sending payroll reports for approval
  • Producing and sending payment files
  • Processing postings to Finance
  • Preparing and sending P45s to leavers
  • Ensuring compliance with Pension Auto Enrolment
  • Raising payment requests as needed
  • Responding to payroll queries from employees, HR, and external agencies
  • Updating P11D and PSA data throughout the year
