In this role, you will manage both International and UK payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while adhering to all corporate policies and procedures.

This is a fixed-term contract until April 2026, part-time, 20 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities:
- Inputting payroll data accurately into SAP, including Tax Codes, Student Loans, Court Orders, Training, Expenses, Advances, Adjustments, Pensions, Childcare vouchers
- Reviewing and checking audit reports
- Reviewing absences in SAP to ensure compliance with statutory and company rules
- Reviewing and sending payroll reports for approval
- Producing and sending payment files
- Processing postings to Finance
- Preparing and sending P45s to leavers
- Ensuring compliance with Pension Auto Enrolment
- Raising payment requests as needed
- Responding to payroll queries from employees, HR, and external agencies
- Updating P11D and PSA data throughout the year
