We are supporting our Newbury based client with sourcing an HR Manager to support on a 3-6 month FTC. The ideal candidate will be a true generalist, ideally with TUPE experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a People Strategy
- Driving initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) while prioritising employee mental health and engagement
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from executive recruitment and onboarding, to succession planning and performance management
- Ensuring all HR policies adhere to current employment law and manage any complex employee relations with professionalism
- Managing the HR & Recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective service delivery across all functions
- Assisting the HR & Recruitment team to ensure statutory requirements are met and that valuing people is at the front of mind for all, from recruitment to employment
