With a strong vision for responsible growth and governance, they are now seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to design, implement and lead a best-in-class framework across the organisation.
- Build and embed a group-wide risk & compliance framework from scratch
- Shape policies, controls and governance across multi-jurisdictional operations
- Influence business strategy while ensuring the highest ethical and regulatory standards
- Designing and implementing a robust, risk-based compliance programme across corporate and operational environments
- Leading enterprise-wide risk assessments, including anti-bribery, sanctions and ethics risks
- Overseeing due diligence, monitoring and investigations across third parties and transactions
- Partnering with operational, legal, HSE and corporate teams to ensure end-to-end compliance integration
You’ll be a credible, commercially minded compliance leader who thrives in a build-phase environment:
- Significant experience in risk, compliance, legal or governance roles within the energy sector, or similarly regulated heavy industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, ideally within energy or complex international sectors
- Proven ability to design policies, lead audits/investigations, and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in oil & gas and/or Arabic language capability, this would be highly desirable
