Hunter Adams is supporting a valued third sector client in Edinburgh as they embark on a large scale organisational change programme. We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor who is immediately available and confident in delivering high quality employee relations support.
The interim HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the organisation through collective consultations as part of a restructuring project until end April 2026. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, providing clear guidance, ensuring compliance and helping to manage change in a people centred and legally sound way.
Key Responsibilities- Support and facilitate collective consultation processes
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed throughout the change programme
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders and employee representatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong employee relations expertise, particularly around collective consultation
- Ability to work at pace in a sensitive, change focused environment
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- Comfortable working in a hybrid pattern (2–3 days per week onsite)
