Hunter Adams are delighted to be exclusively supporting a fantastic third sector organisation to appoint a part time, People & Culture Advisor to help shape and strengthen their people strategy at a really exciting point of growth. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR professional who wants to make a real impact supporting managers, staff, and volunteers across the full employee lifecycle while helping to build an inclusive, values-led culture.
You’ll act as a trusted HR partner to managers and teams, providing advice and coaching across people management and employee relations. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR systems, payroll data, and compliance are accurate. You’ll also contribute to policy and people strategy, support learning and engagement, and line manage a small People & Culture team.
We are keen to speak with candidates who are CIPD Level 5 qualified (or have equivalent experience), with strong UK employment law knowledge and confidence in managing employee relations casework.
