Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client in the technology sector with sourcing an HR Assistant to join them on a 9-12 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to join a small team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems
- Ensuring all employee documentation (contracts, amendments, appraisal records, salary review letters, etc.) is correctly stored and maintained
- Assisting with preparing HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts and employment amendments
- Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring documentation and employee information is up to date and systems are updated and accurate to ensure a seamless process
- Supporting recruitment processes including posting roles, managing the applicant tracking system and scheduling interviews, ensuring communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate HR data and supporting the preparation of HR reports where required
- Supporting the administration of employee benefits programmes
- Assisting with maintaining benefits records and responding to employee queries where appropriate
