Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client Bell Group with recruiting an HR Advisor to join their HR team as the business continues to evolve. As part of small, well established HR team you will support in a generalist capacity, delivering on both business as usual and key projects which will support the organisations growth, promoting a positive and nurturing culture.
In this role you will:
- Provide professional advice and guidance on employee related matters such as disciplinary issues, grievances, performance, and absence management
- Support and coach managers dealing with HR issues, ensuring they are managed proactively and concluded in a timely manner
- Continuously support the up-skill of managers to ensure consistency and compliance in the handling of HR matters across the business
- Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of HR practices and processes
- Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Provide commercial solutions whilst minimising risk
