Hunter Adams are partnering with our client in the West Midlands with sourcing an Employee Relations Specialist to support with ongoing casework. This is a 3 month FTC with an immediate start.
In this role you will review complex ER cases, using your excellent stakeholder management skills to build trust and rapport quickly. Experience in the education sector and managing Trade Union relationships will be critical for this role. This role will involve travel around the Birmingham area to multiple sites.
