Job Description

Hunter Adams are supporting our client, based in the East of London with sourcing and Employee Relations Manager to join their team. In this role you will deliver the best employee experience to the organisations teams ensuring an engaged workforce.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee a team of specialists managing employee relations across multiple markets
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to managers ensuring best practice
  • Point of escalation for high risk employee relations case work
  • Manage any TUPE and redundancy consultations
  • Develop and implement global HR policies
