Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client in the third sector with sourcing a part time HR Advisor to join them on a 5 month FTC. In this role you would support a large and diverse workforce with all of their people enquiries ensuring the delivery of a best in practice HR service.
In this role you will:
- Promote the use of self-service products for employees to support with enquiries in relation to the employee lifecycle.
- Act as first point of call for people enquiries which cannot be addressed through self-service products.
- Identify and report issues to help managers to shape products and/or inform wider organisational development/effectiveness.
- Support the maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring that the data is accurate, running reports to support decision making.
- Support wider People Team to support managers' people issues, advising and coaching through cases to conclusion.
