Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client in the utilities sector with sourcing a Learning and Development Advisor to join their team. In this role you will support the Learning and Development team to ensure that all of the organisations employees have the skills required to deliver excellent customer service by developing and implementing L&D initiatives. You will advise key stakeholders, supporting them to identify both team and personal development needs within the organisation.

In this role you will:

  • Complete learning needs analysis to scope out requirements and design and deliver solutions
  • Ensure that the organisations induction process is up to date to ensure successful onboarding of new team members
  • Deliver essential training on skills and systems
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external providers
  • Develop and implement evaluation processes on training courses
