Hunter Adams is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager to support a number of key strategic reward projects across the region. This is an exciting 12 month (Inside IR35) opportunity for a commercially minded reward professional with strong compensation and benefits expertise and the ability to lead complex projects within a fast-paced international environment. Based in Warrington on a hybrid basis, the successful candidate will take ownership of several high profile initiatives, including an ongoing Job Architecture project, while partnering closely with regional stakeholders and corporate teams.
Key Projects
- Lead and continue delivery of an existing Job Architecture project following a detailed handover
- Conduct market reviews and benchmarking exercises
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of reward frameworks and structures
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with Group Total Reward objectives
- Oversee employee benefits programmes across the region
- Lead grading and job evaluation processes to ensure consistency and competitiveness
- Conduct market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings
- Ensure compliance with regional employment legislation and governance requirements
- Manage compensation and benefits budgets effectively
- Develop clear employee communication around reward and benefits programmes
- Support integration of reward practices with performance management processes
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Produce reporting and analytics for senior leadership and global reward teams
- Collaborate closely with global compensation and benefits colleagues to ensure alignment with wider strategy and policy
About You
- Proven experience operating as a Compensation & Benefits Manager or within a similar reward focused role
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, grading, and job evaluation methodologies
- Experience managing reward projects
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- High attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach
