Hunter Adams are currently working with an Energy sector client who is looking to bring in a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid payroll experience who enjoys working across both UK and international payrolls within a busy environment.

The role will involve taking responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, making sure all data is correctly maintained in SAP, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legislation. You’ll also be involved in reviewing payroll reports, supporting month-end processes, handling queries from employees and external stakeholders, and getting involved in payroll projects and system testing when required.

We are looking to speak with candidates with 3+ years’ payroll or HR experience, who are confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Strong attention to detail and solid end-to-end payroll knowledge are essential, along with confidence using payroll systems. SAP experience is a bonus but not essential, as long as you can pick up new systems quickly. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are also key.
