Hunter Adams is currently supporting a client in the energy sector with the search for a proactive HR Administrator to support a busy, fast-paced HR team within the energy sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a smooth and professional HR service across the full employee lifecycle.
As the first point of contact for HR queries, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring employee records are accurate, processes run efficiently, and colleagues have a positive experience at every stage of their journey. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding and leaver processes, maintain accurate HR and payroll records, and manage the HR inbox, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
The role also involves assisting with absence, benefits and general HR administration, keeping systems (including D365) up to date, and supporting reporting, compliance and wider HR projects.
I’m keen to speak with candidates who have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, who is a confident communicator with a customer-focused approach. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (experience with D365 is a plus).
