Responsibilities

  • Lead UK sales activity for wet and electric underfloor heating solutions across wholesale and merchant networks.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with plumbing and heating merchants, electrical wholesalers, buying groups, and mixed-merchant groups.
  • Identify, secure, and grow new business opportunities while managing key national accounts.
  • Deliver product training and technical support to merchant sales teams to increase brand engagement and drive demand.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure high levels of customer support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance reporting.
  • Progress into a leadership role over time, with responsibility for building and managing a UK sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction product sales, ideally within underfloor heating, heating systems, or related building services products.
  • Demonstrated success selling into plumbing and heating merchants, wholesalers, or distribution networks.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence presenting technical solutions to trade customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with national travel.
  • Strong IT skills and a full, clean UK driving licence.
